Join us for a 2 hour session where you will get to create 3 chocolate bars of your dreams and clusters made with the chocolate of your choosing.

Refreshments provided including our homemade lemonade, locally roasted coffee and tea.
Choose either milk or dark chocolate and select your ingredients from our wide selection to create the chocolate bar you have always dreamed of.
Next is the messy part! You will create chocolate clusters by hand (gloves provided!).
Once everything is set, you can package everything up and take them home to enjoy, or gift to someone special enough to enjoy your efforts.

We will guide you through the processes from preparing your moulds, to tempering your chocolate, picking flavours and casting followed by packing them away to enjoy later.
While this is an adult class, we are happy to accept children down to 12 years of age; however all participants under the age of 18 years MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult. The accompanying adult is able to wait in our adjacent sitting area, or they are welcome to participate upon purchasing an additional place.
Due to the nature of our business, we handle various products containing allergens, so cannot guarantee an allergen free environment. Please get in touch to discuss any specific requirements or questions you may have.
By confirming the booking, you confirm that you accept the following event and workshop terms and conditions:
All classes and workshops must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to the session day, or paid in full at time of booking if less than 48 hours prior to session start.
Generally, we will not issue refunds, but offer to re-book the session to another date and time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to a booking will not be refundable or transferrable. We are, however, humans too so get in direct contact to discuss individual circumstances. Any refunds issued are at the sole discretion of The Cocoa Trading Co.
While we will always make every effort to ensure a session runs on time and to schedule, sometimes things do not go to plan and circumstances beyond our control may intervene. In the event of force majeure on our obligations, we cannot be held responsible for third party costs. This includes, but is not limited to, transportation costs, accommodation or any additional costs incurred to travel to and arrive at our location.
Children must be supervised at all times on site.We do not provide supervisory services for children.
