This session requires minimum participation of 6 people. Rescheduling may take place in the event of insufficient numbers taking part.We will be in touch if this is the case with your booking.

Facilities & Parking

We have our own small, private car park which is immediately outside our Chocolate Room. If this is full, there is free parking on Southern Lane.

Each class session will provide light refreshment for all participants.

Unfortunately, due to the old nature of our buildings, we are unable to provide disabled toilet facilities. We would encourage you to ask any questions you may have regarding the facilities we can offer and how they will work with your needs.

Creative Workshop terms & conditions

All classes and workshops must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to the session day, or paid in full at time of booking if less than 48 hours prior to session start.

Generally, we will not issue refunds, but offer to re-book the session to another date and time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to a booking will not be refundable or transferrable. We are, however, humans too so get in direct contact to discuss individual circumstances. Any refunds issued are at the sole discretion of The Cocoa Trading Co.

While we will always make every effort to ensure a session runs on time and to schedule, sometimes things do not go to plan and circumstances beyond our control may intervene. In the event of force majeure on our obligations, we cannot be held responsible for third party costs. This includes, but is not limited to, transportation costs, accommodation or any additional costs incurred to travel to and arrive at our location.

Children must be supervised at all times on site.We do not provide supervisory services for children.
