Prices

Our flat rate for UK shipping is £4.99, with free shipping on all orders, with free shipping on orders over £65.00.

Free local delivery is available on orders over £30.00 and within 8 miles of our shop.

Dispatch times

Orders aim to be dispatched within 48 hours of ordering or less. This is because some products are made to order. If you require items sooner than this, please get in touch either by email at info@cocoatrading.co.uk or by phone on 01425 614492 to discuss your requirements.

Services used

We will dispatch products via Royal Mail 48 as often as we are able and will utilise a tracked service with proof of delivery. A tracking number will be provided for you to follow your delivery and give piece of mind as to its progress. We reserve the right to change this service as circumstances require, but will always endeavour to utilise a respectable service provider with a tracking feature as far as we are able. If you require expedited shipping due to individual circumstances, please get in touch and we can discuss individual arrangements.

Delivery address responsibility

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect information provided at the billing and delivery stage. If a parcel is delivered correctly to the address provided, the order will be considered satisfied as per our contractual obligations and no refunds will be offered. If you discover that an error has been made prior to dispatch, please let us know as soon as possible via info@cocoatrading.co.uk or by phone on 01425 614492 and we will attempt to assist where we can.
