You will create chocolate clusters by hand (gloves provided!).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce everything is set, you can package everything up and take them home to enjoy, or gift to someone special enough to enjoy your efforts.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLearn how we do things in our main chocolate kitchen!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe will guide you through the processes from preparing your moulds, to tempering your chocolate, picking flavours and casting followed by packing them away to enjoy later.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhile this is an adult class, we are happy to accept children down to 12 years of age; however all participants under the age of 18 years MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult. The accompanying adult is able to wait in our adjacent sitting area, or they are welcome to participate upon purchasing an additional place.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDue to the nature of our business, we handle various products containing allergens, so cannot guarantee an allergen free environment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to a booking will not be refundable or transferrable. We are, however, humans too so get in direct contact to discuss individual circumstances. Any refunds issued are at the sole discretion of The Cocoa Trading Co.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhile we will always make every effort to ensure a session runs on time and to schedule, sometimes things do not go to plan and circumstances beyond our control may intervene. In the event of force majeure on our obligations, we cannot be held responsible for third party costs.
